Updates on production + Locking addresses

Hey all 👋

First things first - we will be locking the addresses on Backerkit in 14 days. If you need to update your shipping address, please do so by getting your Backerkit survey link here and clicking on the "Edit Your Address" / "Edit Shipping Info" button.

Moving on, in the previous update, we shared that we received the production samples from the factory for testing and approval. We tested them and found a few issues, which is the purpose of having samples :). As a result, the mass production process has not started yet. However, we are pleased to share that almost all issues have been resolved.

We're happy to share some enhancements we've made based on our testing: We've adjusted the colors in the base game box to make the art details more vibrant, upgraded the main game board with anti-scratch material, and improved the 3D mountain stickers included in the all-in pledge.

One main issue that the factory found following "drop tests" is that the internal packaging we designed for the 3D mountain was not good enough, as the 3D mountain and hand broke during tests.

This caused us to change the internal packaging of the 3D mountain completely, from a plastic tray to black foam, as we want the cool 3D components to get to you safely.

Each iteration requires shipping of new samples from the factory over to us, and so this is taking longer than expected. Soon we will get new samples and test the latest fixes, and once approved production will start 🤘.

We got the production samples! And... Solo mode playthrough 👤🤘

Hey all, we got the production samples from Longpack 👏.

But before we proceed - please note that we will lock the addresses on Backerkit real soon, and so if you need to update your shipping address, please do so by getting your Backerkit survey link here and clicking on the "Edit Your Address" / "Edit Shipping Info" button.

Back to the samples, the components feel great, The minis are awesome, and the 3D Monster hand and mountain are insanely cool! 

After performing tests and reviewing each and every component, we found a few small issues. We passed the feedback to the factory and they are on it. Once they address the issues, the rest of the copies will be made. We appreciate your patience, this is taking longer than expected, but we want to make sure your get a great high quality game.

In the meantime, I took the opportunity and as I was testing the samples, I filmed a playthrough for the Solo mode. I teach the game as I play, and so... here it is:

Hey all 👋

First, a personal update, a new baby-cubster joined my family 🐣. His name is Ethen. We will raise him with many cubes.

Moving on - as mentioned in the previous update, we anticipate manufacturing to be completed by the end of April. Afterward, we'll proceed to the final stage - fulfillment!

So what's next? We are supposed to get the mass production sample soon, and of course more updates will follow.

Kicking off production!

Hey all 👋

After careful review of samples and several rounds of collaboration with our factory, we are super happy to announce the commencement of the production phase!

The production process is estimated to take ~3 months and end towards the end of April. Following its completion, we will transition into the fulfillment phase.

For worldwide backers, we have partnered with Surfin' Meeple for a smooth and efficient delivery process. 

For Israel, we have decided to handle the fulfillment process directly as Vitali and I are based in this location.

STL add-ons
